Why Join PMTA?

Membership in the Pensacola Music Teachers Association is open to music teachers of all disciplines: piano, voice, and instrumental. Membership in PMTA includes membership in the Music Teachers National Association and the Florida State Music Teachers Association.

Membership is open to music teachers with music degrees and those without. If you do not have a degree in music (Bachelor's or higher), you may join the association on a provisional basis while establishing your credentials as a teacher.

Membership Dues (2018-19)

ACTIVE Members - Total: $149
($79 National, $45 State, $25 Local)

Collegiate Members - Total $32
($19 National, $10 State, $3 Local)

NEW FOR 2018-19
FOR RENEWALS – Important and time-sensitive! 
Although we take renewals until September 30 we are encouranging PMTA members to renew by July 1.  After July 1, nonrenewals risk being removed from the MTNA billing system thereby complicating the online renewal process.
